A: If the item you receive is damaged, wrong, or missing, please provide us with your order number and some relevant pictures of the item and send it to email@example.com. Although the options we offer will vary case by case, we will cover the shipping and handling fee!
*Minor scratches that occur during shipping are not protected under Sofa Cinema's returns/refunds policy.
*If customers cannot provide us with a sufficient amount of information on the damaged item, Sofa Cinema can always refuse customers' requests for return/exchange/refund.
*If customers return the item without any prior notice, Sofa Cinema may refuse any further requests.
*If the item was returned to Sofa Cinema due to the fault of the person who was supposed to receive it, customers have to pay for all costs, including the shipping and handling fee.
