· 消費者使用本服務進行交易時，應依 Sofa Cinema 所提供之確認商品數量及價格機制進行。

· 在 Sofa Cinema 通知確認交易成立前，Sofa Cinema 保有不接受訂單或取消出貨之權利。消費者向 Sofa Cinema 發出訂購通知後，系統將自動發出接受通知，但此通知並非訂單確認通知，關於交易成立與否 Sofa Cinema 將另行告知。若因訂單內容之商品或服務及其交易條件(包括但不限於規格、內容、圖片)有誤時，Sofa Cinema 得於消費者下單後兩個工作日內拒絕該筆訂單。

· 若消費者訂購之產品屬於以下情形：（１）預購商品、（２）商品頁顯示無庫存等，因商品交易之特性，若商品缺絕或廠商因故無法順利供貨以致訂單無法成立時，Sofa Cinema 將以電子郵件告知。

· 消費者使用本網站進行交易時，得依照消費者保護法之規定行使權利。因消費者之交易行為而對本服務條款產生疑義時，應為有利於消費者之解釋。

商品包裝方式
· 我們將使用泡泡袋進行包裝，以確保商品在運送過程中不致損壞。

運送方式
· 台灣本島配送可選擇超商取貨、宅配、郵遞和自行取貨。
· 台灣離島配送可選擇超商取貨與郵遞（超商取貨功能將依照超商規定之商品大小限制）。
· 我們有提供運送至部分海外國家，請以結帳時運費顯示的國家以及運送方式為主（若無您的所在地，歡迎來信詢問！）。
* 因COVID-19疫情關係，國際物流運送時間將有可能會延長。
* 海外顧客若單筆訂單的運費顯示 NT$99,999，請先來信至 sofacinema.service@gmail.com 詢問正確的相對運費。

· When customers conduct transactions on Sofa Cinema, they should follow the price mechanism provided by Sofa Cinema.

· Sofa Cinema reserves the right not to accept the order made by customers or cancel the shipment before Sofa Cinema informs and confirms the establishment of the transaction.

· After the order is placed, the system will automatically send out an acceptance notice, but this notice is not an order confirmation notice. Sofa Cinema will later inform customers about the establishment of the transaction. If the order (including but not limited to product details and pictures) is incorrect, Sofa Cinema may reject the transaction within two business days after the order is placed.

· If the product ordered by customers falls under the following circumstances: (1) Pre-ordered products, (2) the product page shows out of stock, etc., due to the characteristics of the commodity transaction, if the product is permanently out of stock or the manufacturer is unable to supply the goods, Sofa Cinema will send e-mails to inform customers.

· When customers conduct transactions on Sofa Cinema, they can exercise their rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. If there is any doubt about the terms of service, the explanation shall be beneficial to customers.

Packaging
· We use plastic bubble wrap to keep items safe during shipping.

Delivery Options
· Taiwan Delivery: Convenience store pickup, Home delivery, Post office delivery, and Self-pickup.
· Taiwan Offshore Islands Delivery: Convenience store pickup and Post office delivery.
· We provide shipping to some overseas countries, please see the countries and shipping method during checkout. (If you do not see your location, please feel free to contact us through email!)
